Guests may purchase two parking permits for a 1- or 2-bedroom unit and 3 parking permits for a 3-bedroom unit. Cost for such passes is listed below.br brParking spaces in the garage aren't assigned, so legally park where you are able to. Locate the skybridge on level 2; this will take you across the street to the main complex. After crossing the skybridge, go to the Tidewater registration desk, located right inside the doors from the crosswalk. This is where you will pick up your parking passes as well as your amenity wristbands. Return to your car(s) and place the permit(s) as directed.br brParking restrictions: No vehicle exceeding 7 feet, 2 inches in height is allowed in the garage. For the safety of all, pickups with extended beds or cabs, dual wheels, tow bars, and extended rear luggage carriers are only permitted to park in the north side, rear end of the garage. Roof luggage carriers must be removed before entering the garage. Rental golf carts, scooters, and bubble cars are not authorized to park in the garage or porte-cochere. Those in violation of these rules are subject to tow at the owner's/renter's expense. br brHelpful Tip About Elevators at Tidewater: Like all high-rise buildings, Tidewater can experience longer elevator wait times during peak hours—especially around check-in (4-5pm) and check-out (10-11am). This is largely due to the use of luggage and grocery-style carts, which take up significant space and limit the number of passengers per ride. Many guests find it helpful to avoid using the elevators during these busy times when possible. A little planning can make arrival and departure much smoother!br brLoading and Cart Infobr• There are 30-minute loading/unloading spaces available on the second floor of the parking garage near the skywalk. Feel free to use one while moving your belongings in or out of the condo.br• Luggage carts and grocery-style carts are available to help carry items. Note that luggage carts do not fit inside the condos, but you can leave them just outside your door while unloading.br• Please return carts promptly after use so they're available for other guests.br brAmenity Wristbands: Guests registering at Tidewater must be over 25 years old and registration should occur at least 24 hours in advance of arrival (ideally, more than 24 hours prior). Amenity wristbands are allocated to guests at the Tidewater registration desk, located on the 2nd floor of the resort. Wristbands will be given to guests ages 12 and up at check-in. Guests are required to wear these wristbands while on the property. Fees for these wristbands vary, depending upon when you register. The bathroom has a spa quality tiled walk in shower with glass door, grab bar, and handheld shower head, toilet, and mirrored storage cabinet with room for all of your things. brbrKids will love the adorable pair of hallway bunks decorated with sea creatures and cute saline pillows to dream the night away. A comfy commercial grade sleeper sofa is located in the living room for the remaining 2 guests. The convenient full hallway bath with plenty of towels and a shower is perfect for the remaining guests to share. brbrThere is a deck box on the balcony full of everything you need for the beach. There are folding beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, floats, a beach umbrella, and even a rolling cooler to use. You will find 2 oversized lagoon style outdoor pools on other end of the building connected by a long boardwalk that also takes you through the private resort gate to the beach. There is a minimart and ice cream shop called Flip Flops market at the west end pool, and a full service Tiki bar at the east side pool. The first floor hosts a great casual restaurant called Waves. You can call ahead and simply do carryout.
