10th Floor 2BR 2BA end unit Condo at the Watercrest!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is located in the quiet side of PCB, but still convenient to many of the area attractions and restaurants. The condo is well-appointed and appropriately furnished with comfortable seating and beds. The view is ideal, with a wrap-around balcony that affords wonderful views of the Gulf, the strip and the Bay. Sunsets are magical.

Noise from construction jackhammers surrounding us and on our bedroom balcony woke us up and made it impossible to rest during the day or enjoy the ocean front balcony for weeks; Bedroom balcony not available for 6 weeks; Problems with toilets not flushing; Pool wasn’t open for over 2 weeks due to construction & scaffolding; car wrapped in plastic when they were going to begin painting - no warning. No advance warning regarding construction onsite or pool closure.

Room was very nice and the wrap around balcony was awesome. Checking in and out was very easy. We felt very safe at this place. Only minor thing… we didn’t know that if you run out of your one roll of toilet paper, paper towels, etc you are on your own. However, we would definitely stay here again.

Excellent! Railing was a bit suspect with a few screws loose n some bent ones with welds. But we stayed away from balcony. Condo was nice n cool!

We recently spent our family vacation at this property. The check in process was extremely convenient and smooth. The condo was very roomy and we appreciated that! Beautiful view and very spacious balcony. The condo could definitely use an update on skillets and pans but that is really the only issue we ran into. The property manager responded very quickly to my emails/texts and that means a lot to me. Already missing the smell of that ocean air.

The pictures on the VRBO site show a table and chairs. There is no table to have a meal on. It also shows other furniture I believe a Shay’s chair, but there wasn’t any.

Beautiful location! Quiet area and perfect to step out onto beach. Rooms are big and kitchen is spacious. Love the ease of the washer & dryer. Balcony has a great view! Very relaxing place. Only suggest new area rugs throughout to freshen it up!

This place is amazing. From the beach to the pool to the Tiki Bar to our Condo. Better than any place we have stayed.

Nice, clean and plenty of seating in living room . Kitchen was stocked well. We bought a can opener. It’s the only thing we couldn’t find !! Had refrigerator problem but it was pleasantly resolved and I thank you for that !! Good times at 1010 Watercrest !!

Loved sitting out in the balcony in the mornings, drinking my coffee, and taking in the amazing ocean sights and sounds!!! Everybody was so friendly also. I would recommend staying here to my friends and family!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and the management company was great to to work with, they always responded to all my questions and concerns. The condo was in a great location, the balcony was amazing, and beach access was easy. Check in was a breeze, the wrist bands and parking passes were in the condo ready for us when we arrived. The carpet could use a cleaning and there are couple other little things that could be upgraded but it didn't effect our stay and you're at the beach. Who cares about carpet and the little things, especially after you see your view. We LOVED it and would stay again.
