Stayed Jun 19, 2025Host was nice. Unit doesn’t have a washer and dryer in unit or anywhere on property. Listing indicates both on site. That is inaccurate.

Stayed Jul 6, 2025Check in process was interrupted by the condo not being cleaned at check in. Once we got in touch with the property managers and pictures were sent that the room wasnt cleaned from previous tenants, they sent a cleaning crew right away... all-in-all it took about two hours after the orginal check in time before the room was ready for our stay. Aside from that the room was wonderful for our needs during the remainder of our stay. I do reccomend this condo and will stay again. Mistakes happen and we are thankful it was quickly addressed.

Stayed Jun 25, 2022Beware that when you get to this property there is a lot of people coming and going,you pay for your parking (the easy part) then you start looking for the luggage carts seems to only be around 20 of them then the really hard part is the elevators,21 floor building with 2 elevators that 600 people are trying to get on at the same time, they advertise a adult only pool and hot tub there is a pool and hot tub but no staff to keep the kids out of it,they also advertise a mini grocery store which we we’re never able to find ,and the staff had no idea either,the entire week we were there the elevator broke twice and fire alarm panel was going off.beware that if you rent one of these there is very few staff if any on site and absolutely no one to assist you with bags or directions to different parts of the place

Stayed Oct 15, 2021Traveled with my daughter and grand daughter for our first of many visits to Panama City beach and we loved it. Resort was amazing.
