After booking a signed rental agreement & a copy of the guest who booked driver's license will be requested. We do not allow extra guests - including children of any age, we count heartbeats - and only allow the number of occupants, that the unit sleeps. This unit sleeps 6 people max per the fire marshal. If the fire marshal is called to the unit because you are over the legal occupancy, you will be responsible for the fine associated with him coming out. brbrMaintenance & cleanliness issues should be reported to us within 2 hours of checking into the unit. We want to ensure that maintenance issues & cleanliness issues are addressed as soon as the guest checks in so Anchors Away can make it right. Failing to do so guests will be responsible for damages reported after the checkout inspection & after the 2-hour window of checking in the guest takes the unit as is. Only 2 vehicles will be allowed in their two designated parking spaces. No exceptions. If we are notified of more than 2 vehicles the HOA will tow. brbrWe require all guests when they arrive to put the parking pass/passes provided in the unit inside their vehicle. Parking passes are a $0 charge to the guest unless they are missing during the checkout inspection. Guests are required to leave the passes inside the unit before checkout or the guest will be charged $10.00 for each parking pass.brbrCheck in is 4pm central on the day of arrival & checkout is 10am central on the day of departure. We do not allow early check ins during prime season. Off season notify our office to see if arrangements can be made. We promise to notify the guest as soon as we have the unit ready. By booking guest agrees to wait to go to the property until the 4pm check in time. Guests are not allowed on property until the 4pm check in time or until they are notified that the house is ready. Failure to check out by 10am will result in additional charges. Check out time is 10 AM: if you are not out of the unit by 10:15 am, you agree to be charged $50.00 per half hour until all guests have completely vacated the unit.brbrQuiet Hours are 10pm to 8am – if security is called to your unit, management may evict without refund. Please be mindful of the people that live around us that are not on vacation. brbrThis is a nonsmoking unit. Evidence otherwise will result in a $300 fine & possible eviction without refund. You are allowed to smoke outside as long as cigarettes are disposed of properly. Failing to do so will result in a $300 fine. brbrFailure to take out trash or excessive cleans caused from guest's additional charges will apply. The management company will have the right to charge the guest between $150.00- $300.00 for failing to abide by this rule. brbrPlease note we only provide a starter pack of Amenities, just to get you through the first night. brOne roll of paper towels, 1 toilet paper for each bathroom, 1 trash bag for each trashcan, 1 sponge for the kitchen, 1 cascade, 2 pods for laundry, 1 bar soap, 1 shampoo for each bathroom, & 1 conditioner for each bathroom. We do not provide these items for your entire stay. brbrWe respectfully ask all guests not to move the furniture around. All the furniture must be placed back where it was found. During the checkout inspection if furniture is moved around & not put back additional charges will apply. brbrThis property & unit are not pet friendly. Please note if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, you will be evicted without refund & a $500 charge will be deducted from the card we have on file. If evidence of a pet is found at checkout, you will be fined a charge of $500.brbrThe damage waiver included in the booking breakdown does not cover missing items. Examples: missing wristbands, missing beach towels, missing kitchen ware, missing linen, or missing parking passes. Guests will be responsible for paying for those charges. brbrThere is a damage waiver included in the booking breakdown that covers accidental damages. The rate in the booking breakdown is for stays less than 28 days. brIf a guest books a 28-90 night stay the rate does increase for those reservations. Guests will be responsible for the difference in the price. brRates 28-59 nights will be $280.00 for the coverage & 60-90 nights will be $450.00 for the coverage.
