And, if you decide you don't want to wait for an elevator, you can just take the stairs one flight down, and you are at the breezeway level!br***Megatouch Arcade game (set to freeplay mode) on the bartop! These will be at a cost of $41 per vehicle, paid by the guest. As a side note, I am not happy about this either. When we purchased our unit, parking was free. Then $10, then $20, then $40, and now this. I do not believe this policy makes sense, but, the HOA has determined it's the best way forward. And, unfortunately, more and more buildings are doing it, including most controlled by The Resort Collection, which is the largest property manager in PCB. I'm sorry. This luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has been updated and expertly decorated. The was a beautiful condo that had never been rented when the new owners purchased it in 2025 but it has been updated with new furniture and a brand new coastal theme and colors. There is luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout. The master bath was remodeled with a standalone shower. All of the appliances are stainless steel. The large family room and the master bedroom have stunning views of the Gulf and each has a door onto one of the largest balconies in all of PCB. Most of the balconies have just enough room for a few chairs but this balcony is br10 feet deep and 28 feet wide. You will spend a large amount of your time on the balcony because of the size and the breath taking views from the 14 floor. The new pollywood outdoor furniture is sets this condo apart from most. brbrYou are located directly across from one of best goofy golf courses and the largest go cart track in PCB. You are centrally located about 1 mile east of Pier Park.
