Stayed Nov 15, 2025It's a very nice condo! Very well cared for and stocked. The location was great too. Only issue was the road noise and there is nothing the owner/property manager can do about that. Would definitely stay again!

Stayed Oct 17, 2025Beautiful condo right on the beach. It was a perfect home away from home for a week at the beach. Close enough to walk pretty much anywhere. Very clean!! Loved the games too!! Beach service was great too and the guys were always so friendly. Thank you for wonderful memories!

Stayed Aug 2, 2025This condo was very nice and clean. The kitchen has an updated look, which we loved. We enjoyed the fact that they had games and we played every evening. This is by far one of the nicest condo we have stayed at aqua and would definitely love to stay here again.

Very clean and spacious. The amenities were great, and the rooms were fantastic, offering an ocean view from both the balcony and the master bedroom. Check-in and management had great communication. Getting the beach chairs was easy, and we always had the same spot. However, the building's location is right on the main drag. The guest room and balcony could hear traffic and the karaoke bar across the street.Just beware of the heavy traffic and karaoke.

Reviewer Comments: Our rental was beautifully decorated, was stocked with all the amenities we needed. We never had an issue or had to wait for an elevator & the property was well kept & clean.The only thing that we found was the living area; kitchen & living room stayed really cool & comfortable, but the bedrooms didn’t cool down. Also, we wished the water pressure in the showers was higher but if you are ok with very light pressure, this won’t be an issue for you.Overall this is a wonderful place & would definitely recommend!

Stayed Aug 3, 2024Pros: location is walking distance to Pier Park, elevators are fast, condo is roomy, kitchen is stocked with plates, cups, silverware, and anything you’d need to cook a meal. Beds are very comfortable. Cons: view of the ocean is not a panoramic view, there is a wall on one side and a building on the other that blocks the view, bring toilet paper you will only have enough for a few days. Tip: set the dryer on Timed Dry to get your stuff to dry.
