Aqua 804 ~ Gulf Front ~ Panama City Beach ~ Beach Service Included!

Stay at 804 Aqua was a great stress relief for myself, my wife, and daughter in college. We have been waiting years to have the opportunity to stay at the Aqua again and this was really a great time for us. We definitely left feeling rejuvenated. The condo was very clean, beds were very comfortable and kitchen well stocked. Other than just a glitch with the Tvs not allowing us good access for a couple days and the channel package or service should maybe offer more selections for those rainy days the place was great. We normally vacation in July but this August visit was even better since the beach wasnt packed and mayhem everywhere. Already looking forward to next year and hope to make Aqua that selection of places to stay.

BOOK THIS CONDO!! It was SO spacious and very clean!! The location and view from the balcony were amazing!! We used the pool every day…it was clean and not overly crowded. We walked to dinner every night! It is perfection!!! HIGHLY recommend!!

The unit we stayed in was pretty comfortable and had everything we needed for a 5-night stay. My two main complaints were the exhaust fan in the 2nd bathroom as it sounded like a jet taking off. The other complaint was the sofa. It was a sleeper sofa and was very uncomfortable. We just happen to be in the Florida Panhandle when the weather was very much below the average for the time of the year. So, we didn't do much while in PCB. We did have some good seafood and spent an afternoon at Pier Park. Otherwise we spent a lot of time in the unit. At about 4:45 each afternoon we would go on the balcony and watch the sunset. Based on the price, I would recommend this condo if you want a place to take you family. Be aware that you have to buy a 40 (tax) parking pass. I don't remember being told that before arrival or that parking was across the street from the bldg. The first morning I went to my car and found a parking violation under my wiper. It told me to use the machine by the 3rd floor elevators to buy my pass.

Location and unit were amazing.

Very roomy, clean condo. Very close to Pier Park and a great restaurant across the street. The bathrooms are a little outdated but everything was very clean. (Though we did find a dirty sock in the bedroom on the floor)

This place was absolutely wonderful will definitely be back!

Everything was just absolutely lovely. I have stayed in PC beach maybe 7 or 8 times and this is bar far the best stay that I have had!

This property is in a wonderful location! Right on the beach and within walking distance to many stores/restauraunts. The condo itself was great and exactly as shown!

I don’t cook meals on vacation but I did fix eggs and toast daily. The location is a short walk to Pier Park. I usually stay on Thomas Drive but I like this location much better due to being closer to many restaurants.

Thank you for a fabulous stay! The condo was clean and well stocked. The location is amazing. Love the short walk to pier park. The pools, hot tub and deli were great onsite amenities. We will definitely be staying with you in the future!
