With amenities throughout the home, there is ping-pong and foosball tables in the garage, a fire pit in a spacious fenced in backyard for the whole family and the dogs too. (Always check local fire bans in Palm Bay before using fire pit or fire department may show up to investigate.) Please respect the quiet neighborhood. We are pet friendly with a 1 time pet fee that can be applied at the time of booking. Cooking utensils are provided in the fully equipped kitchen, some firewood provided in the yard, shampoo, conditioner, and body washes provided in the bathrooms. I take great pride in providing a quiet clean home for my guests so please do not hesitate to reach out should you have any questions. The kitchen is well equipped and comes with standard condiments and spices. There is a Keurig and also a drip coffee maker with complimentary coffee and tea. The laundry room is stocked with washing supplies. brThe bedrooms all have plenty of closet space (master has 2). Master has a king and smart tv, 2nd bedroom a queen, and 3rd a twin (also a double high queen air mattress). brbrThe office is just the private space if you need to get some work done. We have it professionally cleaned and chemicals balanced weekly & Our cleaners will drop in a vacuum to pick up any debris, but after they're gone we don't have much control over mother nature. We will leave a net to skim the top as needed. This light & bright studio offers a welcoming retreat, with sunlight pouring in through elegant French doors, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living. Step right outside of your door to the sparkling pool, perfect for a relaxing afternoon or refreshing morning swim. The poolside setting with plenty of loungers, and a cozy firepit perfect for roasting marshmallows, adds a touch of elegance and offers a resort-style setting. brbrThis studio is in a quiet residential neighborhood, and is comparable to a hotel room. It offers a full/double size daybed, mini refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and coffee pot. The studio is fully self contained and is thoughtfully attached to a main house with it's own private entry and no indoor shared space. brbrGuests of both the studio and the main house have full access to the tropical backyard, the beautiful pool, firepit, BBQ, plenty of loungers and a washer and dryer. brbrThe studio has central air conditioning, but note that the temperature is controlled by a thermostat inside of the main house. You will not have access to the thermostat, however the guests in the main house are aware that the temperature should always be set between 70 to 74 degrees so that everyone is comfortable. brbrAs this is a house with walls that are not completely soundproof, you may be able to hear some noise from the guests in the main house, as they may be able to hear noise coming from you. We respectfully ask that you adhere to quiet hours from 8PM to 8AM.brbrThe driveway is reserved for guests of the main house. Guests of the studio may park on the street directly in front of the house, where there is plenty of parking available. It is okay if the wheels of your car are on the grass by the curb. If you have more than one car you may park anywhere else on the street.brbrThere is a screened in patio in the backyard. Guests of the main house have exclusive use of the patio. It is not available to guests of the studio. brbrWe are happy to provide transportation, airport transfers, childcare, or laundry service, by reservation, at an additional fee.
