NEW -Peaceful Palm Bay Getaway hot tub, pool table

We had a wonderful welcome. Lights on. Fans running. Temperature set to perfection. The hot tub was clean and new and ready for a soak. The tvs were easy to work and watch. A few items were in the refrigerator and cabinets. The spice rack was complete. Plentiful plate, bowls, glasses, paper plates and utensils.The coffee maker was ready to use for a pot or single serve. Not a thing was lacking.

Space was great for families.It was great for hanging around became there was something for everyone to do.Allison was very responsive to any questions I has. Will be staying there again when I come to visit family in the area.

This house is comfortable and spacious, with a large primary suite, big living room, two additional bedrooms and plenty of closet space. The furniture and decor were tasteful. The home was very well stocked with kitchen supplies and towels. Our host communicated clearly and promptly.

This place was perfect for my trip to Melbourne! The owner was super friendly and informative. Everything was clean and fully stocked with all the essentials—even things I forgot to pack. I especially appreciated the labels around the home; they made everything easy to find.The location is ideal—close to restaurants and entertainment. One spot I really enjoyed was Squid Lips—the food and service there were fantastic!I stay here every time I visit Melbourne, and I always recommend it to my friends and family. Can’t wait to come back!

Pleasantly surprised with how great this place was. Host was very communicative to our questions and concerns. The sunroom and hot tub was very pleasant, and utilities all in order. In the back of neighborhood, quiet and relaxing.

Property is very convenient to everything you need including the beach. Some great little dining places in Melbourne/Indialantic by the Sea. House was super clean! Has so many extras to help the stay more enjoyable. Spacious with nice split layout. Ali went above and beyond and communication was top notch! Thanks for the welcome gift too!

Location was great. Short ride to many attractions. Quiet neighborhood. Many things to do in the house (hot tub, games, tvs, fire pit outside, etc)Master bed very comfortable (did not use other beds so do not know about their comfort)Toiletries supplied and other items (in case you forgot). Kitchen appliances in abundance with condiments and sundries available. Granite countertops. Tile floors in common areas. Hardwood in bedrooms. Garage access.

Right from the start the host/owner Was very receptive to all my questions. Ali was very accommodating. We were renovating another house a few minutes up the road. This was the perfect retreat.
