The Palm Bay Chalet

We enjoyed our time at the house. It was very convenient to our family and close to several things we were doing that week. We found the home clean and ready for our family. The owner was very responsive when we had any questions. The house was well-appointed with most everything we needed. We would stay there again.

Owner was nice but the outside of the house was covered in wasp nest and cobwebs all over the front door and entrance area and there were even multiple cobwebs inside, had about 5-6 roaches enter while we were there and a couple other bugs too. I get it, it’s Florida and there’s bugs everywhere but roaches getting inside is where I draw the line, the couches and beds are always really uncomfortable but besides the furniture and bugs I would say it was alright.

We definitely enjoyed our stay here at the Palm Bay Chalet! Lionel was very easy to communicate with. The house was super clean and perfect for our needs, the pictures do not do it justice. We plan on using this property for our future visits into the area.

The house was great. When we come to visit our children next year, we would like to stay again!

After a day of going out for fun and adventures with our young teenage granddaughters, it was so nice to have such a comfortable home to which we could return. It was such a special time of connecting with these girls we don't get to see but once a year. A special thanks to the owner who responded quickly to a couple of questions!

We were in Palm bay to visit family. This house was perfect for us, it was clean and comfortable. We had 4 people stay and this house suited us perfectly. It can very easily handle more people. It is in a quiet neighborhood and the house is well equipped. If you are looking for a clean, quiet house this is perfect, stores are close and plenty to do in the area.

Overall the place is charming and a great place to gather with the family.
