Although the condo is not directly on the beach, the condo has easy beach access at either end of the building with an area to rinse sand. There is no visual obstruction of the ocean from the condo. You can relax on the balcony overlooking Ocean Shore Blvd and watch the world go by as well as dolphins playing in the ocean. brbrThis is my family's personal vacation home.
