Updated 2br/2bath Ocean Front condo with garage

It was the perfect place for us. The owner is kind and thoughtful and the neighbors are very pleasant as well.

We just got home from a Saturday to Saturday visit and I cannot say enough good things about the condo, the owners and even the area. Where to start? This condo has literally EVERYTHING you need to feel at home in the condo and on the beach. I'm a packer so we brought a lot of our own stuff, especially since you never know what a rental might have, but I was blown away but the stock level on bath and beach towels, beach gear etc. We cooked several meals and never struggled to find a dish or utensil needed. The beds were also super comfy and I slept very well every night. The kitchen is beautifully upgraded and I actually found myself taking down ideas for my own kitchen remodel coming up later this year (wow those countertops and how cool are those cabinets?!). Tv and dvd players were in every room, along with books and a few dvds. We watched a few of the provided dvds (and my son watched the cable some too) plus we rented some redbox movies and everything was just great. As for the beach itself, what a great surprise that was! One reason we chose this property was the view for the incredible price tag, so the proximity to the beach was an awesome surprise. I assumed the pictures were from special angles, but no, the beach is RIGHT there. Even walking across the street, the beach was a closer, easier walk than many large beachfront complexes I have rented from. My husband has a bad ankle and this easy walk was no issue for him at all. Crossing the road is no big deal either, its straight and flat so its easy to see traffic for minutes before it even gets to you, so no issues crossing. Then, the beach itself is basically a private beach! We saw a no more than 3 or 4 families using it with us all week. Perfect! There were also 4 sea turtle nests along the beach! Hopefully future guests will see the miracle of them hatching :) I was in contact with the owner several times for different questions before and after arrival. Contact was simple and easy, always a quick reply. I can't recommend this family and their condo enough! As for the area, lots of great local restaurants! For a nice dinner out, I recommend Stonewood Grill and Tavern. Also, Absolutely Cheezee was a fantastic lunch one day . I thought grilled cheese, but they take it to a whole new level. Its also a very small family owned business with incredible customer service. Can't wait to come back to Ormond-by-the-Sea one day!

The location is perfect for where we like to eat, shop, and sun bathe!! You are minutes from Flagler and Ormond. This space has all amenities we needed this week, washer/dryer and hair dryers!! The pool was a plus- steps from condo. Private access to beach across street from condo. I would stay here again!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo! It had everything we needed! Just like home away from home! It was in a quiet community with just a short walk across the street to access the beach. We were able to sit on the balcony and watch the boats pass by, pelicans on the water and even had a few dolphin sightings. Close to local restaurants and the Daytona area. Overall, we really enjoyed the stay! If in the area again we would love to be able to stay in the condo again!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Liked location away from the hustle & bustle. Easy beach access with more privacy than more south, great view of ocean, close to grocery store. Peaceful place. We had everything we needed. Great communications with owner also. We recommend this place & would enjoy renting again.

Rented this condo for five nights, had two of my adult children, their significant others and myself, we fit very comfortably. The access to the beach was perfect and after walking it daily, we noticed it was one of the few beach access points untouched by the recent hurricane. Betty was very accommodating about our arrival and departure times! Access to the condo was very easy, we did not us pool so I cannot speak to that. I would highly recommend this condo, I would definitely stay here again should I come back to the area.
