Directly on ocean! Luxury 12th floor condo

Great location and view. Condo was super clean and very well stocked with everything you could need for a short or long stay. Owner was very good and fast with communication and kept me updated with what was going on around the complex while we were there.Would stay again!

This unit was better than expected. The view is amazing as you are right on the beach and the sunrises are absolutely beautiful Communication with Shelly was so good - there was never a delay in her responses. The unit is larrge, well equipped and very clean. The master bed is on the soft side which wasn't our preference but certainly not anybody's fault - but just to be aware of. We would definitely stay here again.

The room was so clean and wonderful. The lay out was so nice and comforting. The veiw was awesome. Loved the showers. The water pressure was so nice .

Condo was in great condition. Check in was a breeze. Shelly was very responsive though we did not need to contact her about any problems

Super clean, spacious, great view from the balcony. Beautifully decorated and had zero issues with appliances. The host was very nice and answered questions in a timely manner. We also noticed this condo is very peaceful and quiet. We highly recommend this property. 12th floor was perfect!

I have to say this was an exceptionally beautiful stay! It is just as pictured maybe even better. The cleanliness is superb!! You walk in and it feels, looks and smells amazing! The view from the balcony is gorgeous very close to the beach. The building itself is very clean and family oriented. A nice quiet location for the perfect relaxing vacation. The Airbnb was very comfortable and had everything available. Very organized folder with recommendations and layout of expectations for our stay. Definitely will be back! 10/10

We really enjoyed this property and the view from the balcony. Easy access to the beach and pool. Great communication from the owner and provided a great welcome book. Great location with minimal traffic but close to everything you will need.

My husband and I stayed at this property for the beginning portion of our honeymoon, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the condo itself and the owner! Shelly was incredible about communication before, during, and after our stay. Pictures do not even do this beauty justice! The condo was impeccable, equipped with everything we could have needed and more. We look forward to returning many times in the future!

What an amazing home! Everything was fresh, spotless, well stocked with thoughtful touches. The home was exactly like the photos posted only better! The view of the ocean as soon as we walked in was breathtaking. The place was so clean and fresh I thought we must’ve come in right after a new build. The bathrooms and kitchen were completely stocked with anything you’d ever need. A quick trip to Publix 1/2 mile up the street and we were good to go! We stayed over Thanksgiving and didn’t miss a single football game with the cable available!! Ms Taylor made check in so easy, literally took 2 seconds and she was very quick to respond throughout the entire process of booking and afterward. She even thought of little touches like wine and chocolates which was so wonderful. I almost didn’t want to give this review because I don’t want everyone booking all the dates up!! We will absolutely be back time and time again. Great home in quiet, well maintained building. Close to everything fun. Thank you so much for awesome stay!

Sleek, clean,modern, beautiful view

The condo was amazing. Everything from the kitchen being well outfitted to beach toys in the laundry room.

This was the 4th year that we've stayed at Shelly and Monty's condo. It has always been impeccably clean with everything needed for leisure time at the beach. I would highly recommend staying at this beautiful condo. We'll see you again next year.

Our accommodations were absolutely fantastic! The check in process was very efficient. The beauty of the ocean view as you walk in was breathtaking!The cleanliness and organization of everything was amazing. We ate our breakfast and lunches with all the modern conveniences at our fingertips! Relaxing around the pool and walking on the beach were our highlights! place was excellent

This was our second stay in this gorgeous, well-appointed condo. For the second year in a row, it was scrupulously clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully set up so that families can truly relax and enjoy the space. The bed is so comfortable, cooking in the stylish kitchen while looking out over the ocean is bliss, and the modern decor is luxe and calming at the same time. Fantastic communication from the host, and a wonderful building. We love it here!
