Stayed Feb 1, 2023The unit was comfortable and beautifully furnished. The king size bed was firm and had high quality bedding. Towels, as well, were good quality and plentiful. The kitchen was bright, had decent appliances and ample dishes, pots, etc . There was a brand new waher and dryer. For a 1-bedroom, 1- bath unit, this is very roomy. On the negative side, there was only one set of sheets and the lighting over the kitchen table and in the living room was very dull, not conducive to reading.

Stayed Oct 20, 2025No contact with host. Amenities were lacking..no coffee for the first morning, no toiletries for that first morning either. Unit was a bit shabby. Floors by the sliders need replacing possibly storm damage, vinyl flooring in kitchen had slits in it..pool closed for the last week we were there.

Stayed Feb 22, 2025Property management was terrible. The dishwasher was broken and leaking water prior to our arrival and was not repaired during our three week stay. The door key pad was not functioning and it took four days to repair. The garage door was broken by a guest during our fist week and was not repaired during our stay.

Stayed May 16, 2023We were locked out of the building three times. The noise level on the balcony facing A1A was high and it was difficult to sit outside. The doors leading the the balcony had no screens. I would only stay there again if I faced the ocean.
