Great place, very well kept, very clean, quiet area and house to beach is literally less than 60 seconds. Grocery store and restaurants are just a couple of minutes away at most. Beach is very nice and not dealing with any traffic or crowds is WONDERFUL. We will be back once again next year (if not again this year for our anniversary). This first floor is perfect for sleeping 6 adults and the private, screened-in lanai with pool is ideal for cooling off and relaxing. It has a pair of lounge chairs and table with seating for 6. brbrMake your way to the second level and you will find a huge main living area along with a fully modern kitchen. A wrap-around sofa and love seat are positioned thoughtfully around a 75 Smart TV for those times when you want to chill and catch up on news or watch a movie. There is a dining table for 6 and another casual table that seats 4. The kitchen has everything you need to cook up the perfect meal or prepare a refreshing drink. Directly off the kitchen is a large 2nd floor deck with beautiful views of the ocean and plenty of seating for you and your guests. Another smaller deck is located off the living room and overlooks the pool and lanai. A full laundry (washer, dryer and sink) is also on this floor to help keep that wardrobe clean.
