The house is updated continuously, and we take pride in making sure our home offers all the amenities needed to make our guests feel at home. brbrThe main level boasts an expansive great room with a large sectional and an 82” TV. The TV is equipped with YouTube TV so you won't have to miss the gorgeous sunset to watch your favorite show. The wall-to-wall sliding glass doors provide a fantastic view of the beach and access to a large patio with plenty of room to kick back, relax and watch the waves. The deck is equipped with a loveseat, coffee table, two chairs, and two outdoor loungers for soaking in the rays. A gas grill is available for grilling the perfect dinner. At the bottom of the stairs is a walkway to the white sandy beach and green water of the Emerald Coast. The home is directly on the beach. The boardwalk, stairs, porch tile and landing are new.brbrThe dining room table seats eight and has two additional chairs at the kitchen bar.
