Great place for family trip. Great location with beach.

The house has major structural issues. The whole house shakes and the doors don't close properly.

THIS IS NOT A 4 bed/4 bath. We didn’t realize until after we paid & received the check-in information that the main level fourth bedroom suit is actually a separate unit for an additional cost & it was already unavailable.You will have to climb steep stairs to the 2nd floor main area. Wasn't ideal for our elderly mom, but in a rush search I missed these details that I feel were kinda hidden in the listing.Easy check-in process, but unexpected travel delays brought us in around 11 p.m. Bringing coolers/luggage up the stairs wasn’t ideal for these downstairs neighbors. We did our best to be as quiet as possible & apologized, but with a group of 11 it likely sounded louder than intended. On the main floor our own footsteps from the third floor were clearly audible as were the toddlers below, but as a family with kids ourselves, it didn’t bother us, so just be aware that sound travels easily. Once we got settled, we slept well and woke up to beautiful views!! The house itself was clean and had enough starter supplies. The grill was great! Tons of equipment from knives to a crock pot in the kitchen, although some of the dining room chairs did not seem super sturdy & we never found a pot holder.The views, deck and beach access were fabulous! We appreciated the chairs & crab hunting supplies to bring to the beach. Very thankful we didn't have to pack them. Bedrooms were spacious & all had a bath.Overall, it's a nice place, just be aware of the bedroom set up.

The location was ideal, the views stunning and beach access was easy. The house is well arranged for a family group. Watch the step down into the living area! Entry into the house was difficult- we finally figured out you have to pull the door hard toward you while entering the code and hold it tight til the green lights then quickly turn the knob. The deck door would not unlock on arrival. Someone came to fix it but didn't bring a battery. We bought a battery and changed it so that door could be used. The seating in the dining and living room are well worn, cushions bottom out - not comfortable. Fortunately we had good weather and could be outside.

Yes, the only thing I wish was different is better furniture it was very uncomfortable!!

We absolutely loved our stay!!! We loved the property! Steep stairs were a killer. Lol But other than that we loved it!! We will stay here again!!

I do not like to give bad reviews unless they are deserved so this is not a bad review but things renters should know. We had a problem with the door not locking-the shower knob fell off-fitted sheets did not fit for the bed upstairs-couple pillowcases were dirty-they need more pillowcases for the extra beds-also need more towels. Not supplying toilet paper, extra trash bags, paper towels and dish soap are all basics that should be part of the rental, I would think. It was really nice to sit on the deck and enjoy the view and so close to the beach.

Lenora was helpful and worked through all of our issues. Two of the bedrooms you do not have Roku you have to stream through a DVD or watch a movie. The rooms don’t actually have double beds they have a twin and a trundle bed. She has corrected the site from saying a King and 2 doubles. Watch out for the extra person charges, they are not supposed to charge you this charge if they advertise 12 and you have 12. But Leonora worked with us and made things right.
