The bedroom has three walk-in closets and an attached office den area that looks out over the pool. brbrThe second king bed is in a BR with a large closet and attaches to a full bath. Also attached to the bath is the third bedroom with a queen sized futon bed.brThe fourth bedroom has a queen bed and is adjacent to the third full bath.brbrEight can sleep easily in the four bedrooms but there is a pull out couch in the living room and a cot, so it can sleep 11 if necessary. There are four TV s, three of which access cable, one with a DVD player. There is internet included. A minimum 90 day rental is required, with 120 days being preferred.brbrWe can forward a video of the place and have references from previous renters if you would like to contact them. brbrWe had no damage from Hurricane Ian, we only wish more in SW Florida were so fortunate.
