The heated swimming pool and spa are located in the backyard enclosed by a lanai. There is a gas grill, outdoor shower and patio table and chairs also in the lanai. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer and is stocked with beach towels. There are bicycles and beach toys located in the two car garage. There is wifi throughout the house and tv’s with cable in three of the rooms.
