You will be spoiled for choice with the array of pool rafts – a floating unicorn, anyone There is also a 55” outdoor TV.brbrThe spacious open plan living area is comfortable and sociable, with a 65” smart TV with a comprehensive cable package and all the popular streaming apps.brbrThe spacious dining area is perfect for indoor entertaining and leads through to the fully equipped kitchen, including a breakfast bar and a coffee station that will satisfy all coffee lovers’ needs! The owner has thought of everything, including most small appliances – toaster, kettle, blender, and even a waffle maker! The refrigerator has a water and ice dispenser, essential for those hot Florida days, and possibly just as essential, is the wine fridge!brbrThrough from the living area is the master suite, which also overlooks the pool and has private access from the bedroom. It has a king-sized bed with a super comfortable pillow top, a large walk-in closet, and private deluxe bathroom. The master bathroom has a large soaking tub, ‘his and hers’ sinks and a separate walk-in shower, with an awesome ‘rain-shower’ head. There is also a hairdryer, make-up mirror and we supply shampoo, conditioner, body-wash, hand soap and even bath bombs for our guests’ convenience.brbrOn the opposite side of the living area are the second and third guest bedrooms, which share a bathroom with a shower/tub combination. This bathroom also has a hairdryer, make up mirror and toiletries.brbrThe first guest bedroom has a king size bed and the second guest bedroom has twin beds, perfect as a kids room (although the beds are light enough to push together for a more intimate sleeping arrangement). Both have ample closet space. For our tiny guests, there is a pack ‘n play and also a highchair booster seat.brbrAll bedrooms have 42” smart TVs and all beds are new and the mattresses and pillows have sealed coverings which are 100% bed bug proof. The bedding is Tommy Bahama and all duvet covers are fully washable and laundered after each guest stay.brbrThe laundry room is equipped with a washer and dryer and basic supplies and has access to the 2-car garage. Feel free to park the garage. In the garage, you will also find a wide variety of pool inflatables, as well as 2 adult bikes and 2 kids bikes for your use. Our Single family home is located in the quiet gated community of Ashton Place in Lely Resort. This three bedroom, two bathroom house also includes a formal dining room, a den/office and a two car garage. My favorite feature of the house is the great room. It includes an open kitchen, living room and breakfast nook (round table with 6 chairs). The house ceilings are high and some have a lighted tray ceiling. The house has a built in intercom system that can be used to answer the front door or play music from the radio through out the house. brMany exceptional golf courses are within 10 miles of the house. There are three golf courses in Lely resort: The Classics(private course), the Mustang (public), and the Flamingo (public). The house is on the fairway of 11th hole of The Classic's golf course. Enjoy your morning coffee while you watch the golfers by your private pool in the fully screened in lanai. The lanai enclosure features your pool with easy entry steps and sitting platform. The Jacuzzi sits beside the pool and can create relaxing water fall into the pool. Both pool and Jacuzzi can be heated to your selected temperature.
