The home features tile and wood like flooring. No carpet. Fully equipped kitchen, I even provide the basics upon arrival. Two coffee makers, the main with direct water connection for coffee, any time of day. Outdoor grill allows you to cook and eat outside. We offer 4 bikes and beach equipment for use during your stay. We have a minimum 30 day rental (HOA rule), you can stay for a shorter period of time but the rental requires payment of a month minimum, 4 month maximum. Easily ride bikes to the beach.
