It is a 24/7 gated community located in central Naples very close to beaches, shopping, and restaurants. The beach is about 5 minutes away. Fabulous shopping and dining on posh 5th Avenue is also a 10 minute drive away.brbrThe World Tennis Club is a single family and condo community on 82 acres. There are 7 acres of lakes and many wonderful walking paths. There are two heated pools, a spa, sauna, 16 tennis courts, 4 pickle ball courts, 2 small workout facilities, and a charming cafe. Tennis exhibition matches can be seen on Thursday evenings. There are also free tennis clinics held throughout the week. Private tennis lessons are available for a fee.brbrThis 2 bedroom/2 bath condo is located on the first floor (no stairs) and backs to preserve which makes it extra private. Parking is right in front of the building. The community is gated 24/7. The 16 tennis courts, 4 pickle ball courts, cafe, and clubhouse are just a 2-3 minute walk away.brbrThe two bedrooms include a king size bed in the master and two twin beds in the second bedroom. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom with a shower. The second bathroom also has a shower. Both showers have been recently updated in tumbled ivory travertine and Moen hardware.brbrThe kitchen is completely stocked with all you need, including plates, silverware, glasses, pots, pans, toaster, and coffee machine.
