It's centrally located and is only ten minutes from Naples Beach and 5th Ave South. It's 5 minutes from Tin City and Naples Bay. There is a large screened lanai for soaking up the sun and enjoying South Florida weather. Parking for four cars on site. The house is located in a deed restricted community of single family homes.brbrAs you enter the front door, you walk into an open living space that combines the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked. brbrThere two master bedrooms on opposite sides of the house. They both have king sized beds. Bedroom three has full bunkbeds. Bedroom 4 has 1 queen bed. There is a third bathroom between bedrooms 3 and 4. Outside Master bedroom 2, there is a dedicated workspace. brbrThere are four French doors that lead to the lanai.
