(Pool house)brWhen we moved in this spacious house in February 2020 we placed value on high quality furniture and modern materials. The wonderful large house has 3750 sqft under air, 6460 sqft in total! brThe spacious open floorpan (please look at the floorpan in section pictures!) with living and dining area and the kitchen is perfect for gathering with your loved ones. Please see our photos! brThe center of the house is the modern and state-of-the-art Gourmet kitchen with it’s oversized granite island with 6 bar stools. The dining room right next to the kitchen offers a large table with seating for 8 guests! Additional seating for another 6 guests right next to the dining area is available at the large kitchen island.br From the open living room you have a view through the double French doors onto the beautiful pool area with the waterfall feature. For your security the outdoor entries are equipped with motion detectors which turn on the lights as you enter the house. At both entries are doorbells, the driveway is secured with 2 cameras and one camera is located in the garage. The security system is also mentioned in the Short Term Rental Agreement. brThe Main House has 4 bedrooms (2 King & 2 Queen) and 3 modern bathrooms and a separate outdoor pool bath, laundry room with 2 washers and 2 dryers and an additional fridge for storage.brAll bedrooms are newly furnished and have high quality box spring mattresses.brMaster Bedroom King bedroom: walk-in closet, bathroom with large shower and rain shower, separate toilet.
