You’ve found your super cute vacation/staycation home! Walk through the front door, kick off your shoes and switch to vacation mode! There is a calm, relaxing home from home feel, throughout. The layout flows from the living room, kitchen and dining area, through to the bedrooms and directly out to the outside patio area, with a solar heated pool and BBQ/Grill.

The outside patio and pool area is completely screened and is perfect for lounging beside, or in the pool. There is an outdoor dining table, and the outdoor chefs amongst you will love the gas BBQ/grill. The pool is solar heated so you can spend your time floating under the sunshine, when you are not exploring the beaches and local area.

The spacious living room is comfortable and sociable. There is a new smart TV with access to the popular streaming apps and cable channels via YouTube TV. You will also find board games for family time as well as a full fold out sleeper sofa.

We want you to feel completely at home, and have provided everything you need for your vacation. The kitchen is well equipped and has all major appliances and many smaller ones too, including a Keurig and a regular filter coffee machine. There is also a family dining area that seats eight.

Pass through double doors from the dining area, into the second den where there is more seating, and a queen size sofa bed and another Roku TV. This room also has the access to the laundry room and an exit to the back yard. Play an exciting game of foosball with your opponent.

The master bedroom is situated at the back of the house and has a king-sized bed, a large walk-in closet, and private bathroom with a walk in shower. There are large glass sliders that lead out to the pool deck and there is a Roku TV with cable channels via YouTube TV, as well as most of the popular apps. The guest bedroom also has pool access via large glass sliders and has 2 bunk beds with ample closet space and is located at the front of the house. This bedroom share the guest bathroom, which has a tub/shower combination and a large vanity with seating.

The beds all have protective mattress covers, and new linen, duvets and covers.

The laundry room has a washer and dryer and this is also where you will find the beach towels.

And for those Florida beach days, we have 3 adult bikes and a smaller one for kids/teens, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, a cooler, and beach toys for the younger guests.

The home has keyless entry, via a keypad - you will be provided with a code.

The home is professionally maintained and cared for throughout the year.

Guests will have access to the entire house, pool and backyard. There is parking space for 2 cars on the driveway.

We manage this beautiful vacation home for the owners and are available by phone or text anytime during your stay. There will be a comprehensive house manual at the property as well as online and we will send your check in details and directions a few days before your arrival date.

We are located in the north part of the quiet, residential neighborhood of Naples Park, within walking or biking distance to one of the best beaches in Naples, Vanderbilt Beach. We are approximately 1.5 miles from the main Vanderbilt Beach access (less than 10 minutes by bike), and 2 miles to the beautiful Delanor-Wiggins State Park (a 10 minute bike ride).

We are a 5-minute drive from Mercato, home to Whole Foods Market, Nordstrom Rack and Silverspot Cinema, a 12-screen premier-style theater. You will also find notable restaurants and retailers, including Blue Martini, Bravo Cucina Italiana, The Capital Grille, Charming Charlie, Chipotle, Cyclebar, Nordstrom Rack, Pandora, Rocco’s Tacos, Tommy Bahama, Ulta, Whole Foods, and Z Gallerie. There is also a vibrant year-round event calendar with most events free and open to the public.

5 minutes away is Gulf Shore Drive, home to some fabulous, high-end, beachside dining and hotels – The Turtle Club, Baleen, and the Ritz Carlton, to name a few.

Grocery stores, including Trader Joes, Publix and Wholefoods, are close by.

The Waterside luxury shopping area is around an 10-minute drive, The Village Shops on Venetian Bay is a 15 minute drive, and you can be in 5th Avenue, Downtown Naples, the stunning botanical gardens, and Naples Zoo in 20 minutes.

We are 30 minutes from Southwest Florida Int’l Airport in Ft. Myers and 15 minutes from Naples Airport (10 miles)

Naples Park is a great area to bike around, especially if you are heading for the beach. We have 4 bikes (1 is a slightly smaller kids bike), which you are welcome to use - we just ask that you lock them with the locks provided when parking them.

If you’re driving, there’s a drop-off point where you can unload your beach chairs and gear on the circle before parking. Vanderbilt Beach has parking for 375 cars, and you will have to pay the parking fee for the whole day. It is best to arrive early during busy periods, as they close the gates once full. The metered parking spaces use credit-card-friendly pay stations. The parking garage is just west of The Ritz hotel entrance.

There is very easy driving access to both US41 and I75 for RSW airport, Fort Myers and Sanibel to the north and Old Naples and Marco Island to the south.

There is also good UBER and LYFT services for those nights out, or if you are without a car.

The pool is heated via solar panels at no additional cost to you. Pool water temperature varies based on sun exposure and weather. During the Florida winter season, water temperature averages 80 degrees Fahrenheit on sunny days and 75 degrees Fahrenheit on cloudy days. The pool temperature will always be about 10 degrees warmer than the ocean.

No pets without prior permission. We will consider hosting the furry member of your family (dogs only - no cats), but need to know a little about them first, so please inquire before booking. There is a weight limit of 35 lbs and we will not accept any dangerous breeds. There will be a non-refundable pet fee of $100.

This is someone's home in a quiet neighborhood, please respect the neighbors and their children by quieting music and outdoor conversation before 8 am and after 10pm

No smoking in the house. Violation of this rule will result in an additional $250 cleaning fee

Pool: Please note that there is no pool barrier, so children of all ages must be supervised at all times. You (occupant) agree to assume all risks associated with the use of the swimming pool and of the swimming pool’s existence on the property and will not hold the owner or property managers liable.

Upon arrival: Our goal is that you have an excellent stay and we strive to provide the house in top condition for you. Please notify the property manager within 2 hours of arrival if anything appears damaged, needs repair, or cleaning. We will assume that everything is in good condition if we do not hear from you.

We understand that accidents do happen. If damage occurs during your stay, please notify the property manager immediately so we may assess and notify you of any replacement/repair charges if applicable.

Please read through the house manual provided online and in the property, to familiarise yourself with the house and our expectations of guests.

Only sandy toes inside the house! Please leave shoes by the door.
