Fourth Ave South, Essex House, a lovely, quaint, first floor 1 bedroom condo, only 4 short blocks to one of the most beautiful white sandy beaches ever, and 99 steps to the very center of Old Naples’ famous Fifth Avenue South with world-class restaurants, unique designer shops, art galleries, theater, and lively nightlife. Walk to breakfast at a sidewalk café, stroll to the pier, fish a little, take an afternoon bike ride through Old Naples or play some tennis at Cambier Park. Come back to your little oasis at Essex House for a swim in the pool before heading out in the evening for a gourmet dinner, theater, art gallery hop, ice cream, then relax while you enjoy the beautiful sunset on the sand.
This condo has a new renovated kitchen, full size appliances with natural wood cabinets, stainless back-splash and granite tops, table with seating for four. New white Florida plantation shutters house all windows, and new remote control fans with light are in each room.     This apartment could benefit from a new and well functioning air conditioner. The one bathroom has a heater for a fan. The dehumidifiers do not help in that they just add noise and potentially more heat. Charcoal absorbants and scent jars indicate possible knowledge of humidity issue. The note stating ignore the check filter issue regarding the one air conditioner that just cools the space in front of it in the living room does not build confidence in owner integrity when it comes to discomfort issues. When pleaded with for consideration, they refused.

    Property location was ideal! Steps from 5th Ave. and a few blocks from the beach. Unit was well organized, comfortable and clean with everything we needed for an amazing beach vacation. Owners were great. Highly recommended!

    Everything we needed was in the unit - steps away was the beach and 5th Avenue - the unit was clean and cozy. This time of year the property was really quiet and almost had it to ourselves. We are very happy that our research took us to this unit!!

    Property location in Naples is great. Short walk to the beach to use the beach chairs & umbrella provided. Close to 5th Ave S shops and eateries. Pool is clean and warmed up with the weather. Unit was nicely decorated, clean and quiet overall. Welcome wine was a nice touch by Karen. Fun time in a great location.

    This is a delightful little condominium unit as close to the attractions of Old Naples as you can get. The unit is very well stocked with every supply you could imagine, including beach gear. The beach is only a 10 minute walk away through an attractive part of town. Karen and her husband Dwight worked very hard to make sure that we enjoyed our stay. We highly recommend this property.     Just returned from our trip to Olde Naples. We had the most wonderful time. This unit is in an ideal location. You can walk to 5th Avenue, 3rd Street. the Ocean, or the Bay. We had spectacular weather, found the traffic to be low, the food in the area was very good and reasonable. The shops are fun and they had a farmers market that we enjoyed. The owners were very easy to rent from and I would easily recommend this unit.
