Although the home has two separate Wings, the West Wing is large enough to host a gathering or a meal for the entire home. This home also has its own private fenced pool and wading spa with several lounge and pool chairs surrounding it. There is also plenty of parking on the property with the front and back driveways and garage fitting a total of 5 cars and several overflow lots in the community able to accommodate even more vehicles. This home is in a prime location central to the beach, Destin, 30A, and everything else that the Emerald Coast has to offer.brbrRECENT UPDATESbrIn 2024, all six bathrooms were fully renovated. In the West Wing primary, a double rainfall shower with 8 foot shower heads was added to create a luxurious spa experience.
