Cool tile floors, a laundry room and a kitchen stocked with all the cookware you’ll need gives vacationing at Seas the Day all the necessities of home but with none of the annoyance.brbrUpon accessing the beach, you’ll be welcomed through the Beach Pavilion, which has a variety of features for the Emerald Shores guests! The Pavilion area provides bathrooms and a beach bar which serves food and beverages, making it a pleasure to stay at the beach all day long.brbrThis gated neighborhood gives you the opportunity to make the most of your trip this year with your own elegant home and prime location!brbrGuests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.brbrArm Bands are required March- October. Guests must get them from the beach vendor at the pavilion between hours of 10am-4pm, Mon-Sun. This is a 3 level home with separate quarters on the first 2 floors. The first floor consists of a living/media area, kitchenette, washer/dryer, four bedrooms sleeping up to 18 guests, and three full bathrooms. Two of the four bedrooms have a quick pool and patio access! This floor can serve as a lock-out unit and has a separate entrance for ultimate privacy. The second floor is accessed by an elevator or staircase. Here you will find the main living area featuring soaring 10-foot ceilings, adjacent to the kitchen that is perfect for large family meals or just gathering around for a snack. The kitchen is a chef's dream, complete with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, and custom cabinetry.
