This can be arranged thru the owner, Derral, after booking. It runs approximately $775 per week per bedroom, plus $25 clean and tax. With our huge 1200 sf Game/Rec Room at the pool level with the 5th full bath. Our home is a 4 bedroom, living room and den, and the ability to rent 3 additional bedroom and 3 baths, but rates posted are for 4 bedroom. It has 5 baths in which one bath in the recreation room. If you don’t rent the extra room, no they are not rented to other guest. They are just locked out.Featuring all solid pine wood floors on the main floor.
