Any gathering of more than 15 guests will be $ 1,000 charge per occurrence and up to thebrloss of entire deposit and cancellation of the remainder of the Stay. Parties and gatherings arebrexpressly forbidden. Additionally, no more than 14 guests are allowed overnight, without the written permission from management.brbr3. Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; code-enforcedbrneighborhood quiet hours are from 9:00p.m. – 8:00a.m. No DJs and/or band are allowedbron property.brbr4. The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises. Pool: When using the Pool, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility.brUse at your own risk. We decline all responsibilities .brbr7. Alcohol: In Florida, alcohol is illegal until 21 year old. No one under the age of 21 shouldbrconsume alcohol on premises.brbr8. Damages: Owner reserves the right to charge an additional 10% of the replacement cost forbradministrative work.brbr9. Do not set the A/C below 70 degrees as this can result in damage to the unit, which the tenant will be liable for. Please keep all doors closed!brbr10. Keys / Gate remote: any lost or missing key / Gate remote will be charged $500.brbr11. Sub-renting: is strictly prohibited without written approval from Management. brbr12. Security Cameras / Noise Monitoring; Please note that each home has anywhere from 1 - 15brsecurity cameras covering the outside areas of the property only. These are to remain on andbrrunning at all times, solely to to be used for security purposes and ensure the safety of thebrproperty and traveler. Security cameras can be located on all angles of the exterior property,brincluding pool & common areas. Additionally, we do equip each of our homes with a noise level monitoring device This is to remain active to monitor the decibel / sound levels only, tobrprotect against noise complaints from neighbors. It does not record any conversations, simply noise levels. Lastly, we have a device connected to each home, that will alert to the number of devices at the home, to combat any large gatherings and/or parties. Note, all aforementioned data, is not stored, and/or deleted when no longer needed. In case of any incident, the owner reserve the right to use the images for the claim. See Schedule A.brbr13. No street parking allowed at all times. Parking only on the property; maximum cars is 4.brbr14. Pool Service / Landscaping; Pool servicing and landscaping comes anywhere from 1-2 perbrweek. They will typically let themselves in with to the property, and will never enter the house.brService days and time may vary.
