Stayed Apr 3, 2022Michael was a terrific host. Responsive to communication, friendly and accommodating. We had a slight hiccup with our original reservation and he immediately contacted us with an alternative offer and solution. There was a welcome snack pack awaiting us which was very sweet and much needed after 12 hours of travel. The unit is convenient to all things South Beach, clean and perfect size for our group of 3. Would rent from Michael again anytime

Stayed Mar 19, 2022Property was exactly as listed… Very clean; plenty of towels and fresh linen; superb location in the Art Deco district. Two very nice Smart TVs; 5G WiFi; very comfortable. Took my son and friend there to celebrate his 21st birthday… it was a working vacation for me. I will return with my wife in November for our anniversary.
