Ventur Loft 2-Story Beachfront Scenic Views

Very disappointing stay. Within the first few minutes of checking in at 4 PM Saturday, we needed to raise the living room shade to use the sliding door to the terrace. The shade immediately malfunctioned, unraveled, and then completely fell to the floor when the adhesive gave out.Because this is an open loft layout, the failed living room shade affected privacy for the entire loft, including the sleeping area above. The living room faces the rear common pool and building walkway, so once the shade failed the whole loft was exposed to people walking by. It also allowed excessive early morning sunlight, waking anyone sleeping on either level.We documented the issue in real time and notified the host immediately, but no one ever came to repair it.Other amenities also did not work properly:- shower water only got warm, not hot enough for a comfortable shower- fire pit not working- ice maker not workingAs a family of five with three children, the lack of privacy, disrupted sleep, and multiple broken amenities made the loft unsuitable, and we had to scramble to find another place in Miami Beach the very next morning.The lobby and common areas were not well kept, there was a constant marijuana smell in public spaces, and the building overall felt very dated, more like an older 1970s-era property than expected from the listing.Great location, but the unresolved issues and building condition significantly impacted our stay.

The hotel this condo is within is very tired and old. It needs to be massively updated or replaced. But, the condo itself was pleasant and it is only a step from the beach and beach path. The outdoor space overlooks the pool and it can get a little loud. The various restaurants just north of this place (approximately 10 minute walk on the beach path) are very good, and make it an interesting neighborhood. We were a big fan of the food scene in North Beach.

The condo was clean when we arrived. There were some items that we needed and the Host had them delivered the next day. This made our stay much more enjoyable. They were responsive to our requests. Lots of space in the townhouse. Right next to the walking/bike path and beach!

This place was perfect for our family of 4. We were steps away from the pool and the beach! The pool was clean, fairly large and got sunshine all day. The beach was perfect and super easy to access. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The condo itself had lots of space. The rooms were large and tons of natural light came through the large windows. The kitchen was mostly stocked except for it was missing a couple of things we were hoping to use to cook some meals and the host was so accommodating that she had the items delivered to us within an hour! I was super impressed. The host was also very responsive.We would definitely stay here again when visiting Miami.

5 Stars!We had an absolutely perfect stay! The home was spotless and beautifully maintained—everything felt fresh and welcoming. It’s rare to find a place that’s both truly clean and dog-friendly, but this one nailed it. Our pup loved it just as much as we did! The views were stunning, especially at sunrise and sunset, and being just steps away from the beach made our mornings and evenings unforgettable. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway and can’t wait to come back!
