Home has original kitchen from main house transformed and updated to exude a beachy yet farmhouse comfy cozy space. Some pieces brand new while others are original, play together seemlessly to deliver a quaint, rustic, shabby chic feel. Guests will enjoy your own Private backyard used solely for guests of the cottage which includes dining for 8, and a BBQ. Plenty of parking on site, in a secured and gated environment.

The King Size Suite is entirely independent, with parking and a separate entrance. The 1 bedroom is a Queen Bedroom, Living Room, and Full Size Kitchen. In the King Suite enjoy, a mini fridge, toaster-convection oven, Flat screen TV, kitchen essentials, ample spaced bathroom, with shower and plenty of storage. You will have your own private backyard yet you can utilize the entire backyard. There is a pergola and an improvised beach with lounge chairs and kids toys..
