Since it's a 1st floor end unit, it is private & easily accessible.brbrBeach access is directly across the street with a wooden walk over, which makes it very easy for hauling all of that beach gear.brBecause this is our home, we are always thinking about our guests. Our guests are our priority and you will feel that way when you walk in the front door. brbrOur pictures really give a good feel for our condo, but let's talk about what you really want to know...the sleeping spaces.brbrThe Master suite with King bed is located on the backside of the condo and has it's own bathroom with separate shower, tub, and large walk-in closet and also a Smart TV.brbrThe second bedroom also has a King bed, which has a brand new mattress, and is located off of the living area. Smart TV in this room, as well.brbrThe third bedroom is great for kiddos, but we have made it comfortable for adults, as well. There is a trundle bed with a double mattress and twin trundle, attached full bathroom and a Smart TV.brbrSo, now that we have talked about the bedrooms, let's talk about the main living area that is honestly the most inviting and open area that allows full view of the Gulf. There is plenty of space for eating and relaxing. Our kitchen is fully stocked with tons of extras like grilling utensils, a lobster pot, blender, a coffee station, and the list goes on! Board games, laundry supplies with top brand detergent, beach towels and beach equipment including chairs, a beach wagon and tent are already there waiting for you. We have our own family and know what a pain it can be to bring so much STUFF for a vacation, which is why we try to provide it all.brbrThe community pool is 46 steps (yes, I have counted) from the front door. This is a family friendly area that is always pristinely maintained.brI will always be available through my personal cell number which will be given to guests at the time of booking.brYou will have access to the entire condo, use of the community pool and beachfront access by the community boardwalk which is directly across the street.brHome Beach Home is just that! The parking area is covered and it is free. We will rent out Perry's Place 6, and would be honored to have you as our guest!brbrPerry's Place is a 2 bedroom 21/2 bath townhome. The master has a king bed while the guest room has a queen bed with a set of twin bunks. Both bedrooms have smart tvs as well. Both bedrooms have brand new super comfortable mattresses.brbrThe kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need to cook a wonderful meal! There are 4 barstools at center island along with 4 tv trays available to use. There are beautiful oceanfront decks off the master bedroom, and the den with the most beautiful views!brbrKiller's Seafood is a favorite and located just across (two lane) Hwy 98. Perry's Place carport offers a picnic table with an additional seating area, where you can enjoy a to-go meal or cook your own on an outdoor gas grill. This is our favorite place to sit, relax, or take a nap!brbrPerry's Place offers a gorgeous wide view of the water and beach on every level, from the carport, to the living room, to the master ensuite, where you can greet the gulf's beautiful sunrises and enjoy sunsets to end your day.brbrBe ready to leave the hassle behind and use Perry's Place 4 beach chairs, sand buckets, shovels, and nets.brbrPerry's Place kitchen and baths are well stocked with paper goods, but should you need more the Dollar General is just 2.5 mi east.
