Beautiful Oceanfront Townhome in Mexico Beach, Fl

The condo is beautiful. It had everything anyone would need for their stay. Having the beach just a walk away literally in your back yard.

The host is absolutely wonderful! When we arrived there were some unplanned renovations happening, Wendy didn’t even hesitate to move us over to another unit and get us tucked in for a memorable weekend trip. The view is breathtaking and the condo is beautifully decorated and fully stocked for a relaxing trip. The location to good restaurants and Port St. Joe’s historic downtown is top notch. We will absolutely recommend this condo and be back for our own family visits. Thank you, Wendy, for being the hostess with the mostest!

We had a wonderful relaxing time in this beautiful condo. Could not ask for a better location. The bed was so comfortable and we couldn’t have asked for anything better. Host was very accommodating and quick to respond. Can’t wait to visit again.

We had a very pleasant stay at this condo. The balconies on both levels offered great views and the ground-level picnic/seating area was spacious and inviting. Parking under the condo provided much-needed shade. The mattresses were extremely comfortable, and the plantation shutters in the bedroom helped reduce street noise and light. The kitchen space, dishes, and appliances were all good – clean as well! Potential guests should be aware that, as is typical with beach condos, there are stairs between the levels, including to the bedrooms on the third level. The TV remotes and controls in each room were different, so it might be helpful to have someone tech-savvy to assist. Additionally, it's a good idea to bring your own supplies like food wrap, aluminum foil, dish detergent for hand-washing and shampoo/conditioner, as the provided starter amounts are only enough for a day or two. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Perry’s Place again!

The townhouse itself is decorated nice. Had all the kitchen necessities however I would suggest that when cleaning after a gas leaves, maybe remove any clothing and undergarments that were left behind by the previous guest.Also, in the master bathroom, there is a distinctive odor resonating from the shower almost has a musty smell

Overall, it was really great! We had a great girls trip and really enjoyed being right on the beach as well as in a convenient location to restaurants. The house itself was very clean and the perfect set up for the 4 of us. We loved the decks; however, we didn’t realize there would be no privacy in between the bottom deck area where you park. You are sitting right next to your neighbors on either side, which is no big deal we just didn’t realize the spaces were that close together and not private. The kitchen was well stocked and very nice. The only issue we had was with check in and the door lock. The keyless entry needed new batteries and was not working upon arrival. Our unit was already unlocked when we arrived, so we didn’t recognize the issue in its entirety until we went to leave for dinner for the evening. The batteries were replaced the next day by someone the property manager sent over, but the lock was not installed back correctly to make the door lock work manually from the inside. Again, not something we saw until we came back from dinner that evening and wanted to lock up for the night. After some work with tweezers and taking it apart, we got it working on our own. It was just a small hassle and felt inattentive by whoever installed them as well as not the best communication with the property manager with what her responses to us where with each issue. Again, not a big deal we just felt more like the burden instead of the issue itself.

This property is perfect for a ocean front vacation! Beautifully decorated, comfy beds - many thoughtful touches for guest comfort. The only item seemed to be with the towels - they could be replaced. Would definitely stay here again!

Great overall, second season staying here

We loved our stay in Mexico Beach and this house was perfect for us! Directly on the beach and within walking distance to almost everything. We definitely will be back again!

An awesome place, just steps from the beach. Super convenient, especially for families with small children. Love that there is a washer and dryer.

The property was beautiful and directly on the beach. The beds were incredibly comfortable and there was plenty of closet space for storing our clothes and suitcases while we were there. It was great being able to wake up and enjoy the beach from the balcony, chose to eat outside or in, and have easy access to all of Mexico beach and the rest of the coastline. The water heater decided not to work during our last full day, but Wendy was really responsive when we reached out. Thanks for a great stay!

This place is unbelievable. Just absolutely perfect. We came with our two young children and had an amazing time. The property is right on the sand, steps from the beach. Not having to schlep all our stuff to and from the beach was wonderful. The place is beautifully appointed with incredible beach views. You can listen to the waves from all three patios. The hosts clearly paid attention to every little detail. We want to come back ASAP!

31st Anniversary trip!

Right on the beach with great sea food stand right across the street. Beautiful new home with full baths in each bedroom. King size bed and fantastic shower in the master bedroom. Balcony's on both floors and a patio on the ground level were great places to sit and look at the gulf. The new beds were very comfortable.

My husband and I had a great week on Mexico Beach! The view from the home is absolutely amazing! Great quiet location, beautiful home, view, clean & very well stocked! We were fortunate to have met the property owners as well who gave many area recommendations. We look forward to a return visit!

We had a short and sweet stay here! The location was fantastic, it was a much quieter experience than PCB which is what we were going for. The house had everything we needed for a great stay! We will be back!

The property is located right in the middle of where you want to be. It is very clean and everything you'd want to have at the beach is provided. Wendy gave great recommendations for places for lunch & dinner. The beach was gorgeous all time of the day and each morning we enjoyed coffee on one of the three porches while dolhpins swam by. Will certainly rent again

This was our second stay at Perry’s Place! We absolutely love this townhome. The location is perfect; quiet, but across from Killers! The townhome itself is beautiful. The beds are very comfortable and has everything our family needs. Our favorite spot is the porch underneath. Beach perfection!
