The condo was just completely remodeled and updated in October of 2019. A well furnished balcony allows views of the white sand of Marco Island beach. It features a large outdoor year round heated private swimming pool. The unit is newly updated, warm , welcoming and clean and has all the comforts of home. Flat screen TVs, with over 100 channels, WiFi for the family, a modern style eat in kitchen, a dining area as well as a laundry room near by, not to mention everything you would need for a day on the beach. Provided is a beach cart, chairs and cooler. You will enjoy direct access to the beach, a workout facility and a short walk into town. brbrThis is a a very nice condo at a price that is much less than a hotel on the island. The condo can sleep up to 6, with a king size bed in master bedroom, and two single size beds in the second bedroom, and a pull out sofa (comfortable for 1 or 2 children). We have 2 other units in this complex so if you have a group traveling to Marco please let me know. All are 5 star condos.
