Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great vacation rental in Marco. We have stayed in Marco numerous times and love it here. The house had everything we needed and more. It was very well stocked. The dock is beautiful and provides a nice spot to hangout with the family. The pool entertained our family, especially with the basketball hoop. We enjoyed the property and the quiet neighborhood. It was a short bike ride or drive to the beach.

It was spacious, had a very nice layout and was very comfortable. The management company was very professional and provided tips and guidance throughout our stay. Our family enjoyed the pool and the fishing on the deck. We would have preferred to be within walking distance of the beach, but, besides that, it was a very enjoyable vacation for 3 generations of family.

The staff at the desk were warm and welcoming.The house- beautiful and peaceful. Outside dock was large and beautiful for a cup of coffee or ice cream in the evening. Everything on the inside was clean and well kept. The pool was warm and amazing!We would stay here again and use this company again for rentals 🙂

There were only 2 bikes, wish there were a couple more with our family of 4 to bike around the area since it was to far to walk anywhere. States there is fishing gear but it was all really old and did not work well. Beach chairs and umbrella was wonderful to have for our days at the beach. Overall, the home was perfect for our family, the pool was great, lanai was perfect. We would definitely rent again.

Reviewer Comments: Well furnished property with a south facing pool which we made good use of as the beaches here all private and the ones for general use have no facilities! The property could use some updating,especially the lighting, which is very dim. Food on MI not great,Sale e Pepe was 5he best we found. Excellent fish onsale at Publix. Rental agency not very helpful or communicative.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We took our 4 adult children on a Christmas Getaway, and we were very pleased with our experience. Relaxing on the patio for an outside, evening movie and watching my grown boys interact and enjoy the pool made this momma’s heart happy! The pool basketball hoop was by far everyone’s favorite amenity! However, this house is completely stocked with everything you need from fishing poles to bikes to kitchen appliances. We had everything we needed ( even plenty of towels). The only drawback was getting to the beach. We had our 3month old grandson with us which required a lot of “equipment.” Being loaded down w/chairs, diaper bag, portable bassinet, cooler, etc made that walk seem much longer than it probably is. There is no public parking directly by the beach. However, we adjusted just fine and spent the majority of our time enjoying daily bike rides, fishing off the dock, and cooling off in the pool. We loved our time here!

Overall a great stay. The house was well appointed as described and clean, however the pool was not at the temperature advertised. The pool water never got above 75 degrees and the rental company said someone would be out to investigate but that never happened.
