It is a little confusing so if you are using a computer click on the virtual tour tab . brbrbrThe beach is only a few steps away while the views of the famous Marco Island sunset and beach can be seen from your own personal veranda. You will not believe the quality and workmanship in this newly renovated 2nd floor 2bd condo. When you stay here you will have all the amenities of home and more.brbrbrKitchenbrKitchen includes custom quality maple cabinetry. This kitchen is outfitted with all of amenities you would expect in a high end home but now can be found in this very affordable vacation rental. Amenities include dovetail soft closing drawers that are all solid wood - no particle board. The cabinet itself is finished inside and out and again is made with solid Maple and solid maple plywood. At first sight you will notice the quality of this kitchen. The countertops are all Granite while there is a glass style backsplash that complements the granite and cabinets perfectly . In addition you will find over the counter LED lighting while your overhead light is also lit by LED light sources.brAppliances are high end stainless steel . They include a Top end Kenmore stainless steel dishwasher Samsung smooth top convection stove along with an accompanying Samsung 1.6Cuft Microwave, Kenmore bottom drawer refrigerator /freezer Everything in this kitchen is new all the way down to the anodized pots and pans. Other amenities in this kitchen include a brand new Keurig k250 and a Frigidaire stainless steel coffee maker to give you choices , Frigidaire toaster, Cuisinart blender and food processor, ,Kitchen Aid heavy duty mixer , garbage disposal and pullout Moen stainless steel goose neck faucet.brThe dinning area is made up of a seagrass /glass table with 6 new seagrass chairs brbrFamily RoombrThe first thing you will notice is the beautiful new hand-scraped hickory hardwood floors that span the entire living/dinning area. The entertainment portion of this condo again will not be found in this price range . It includes a 50 LED HD TV with a Bose soundbar . For the music lovers you will find a Bose 3-2-1 System . The sound and picture quality is unbelievable. To top off this great entertainment package one will find a a ROKU unit ( Media Streaming) which allows you to watch movies from a variety of sources ( Red Box,Netflix, VUDU,etc) or listen to your own style of music on Pandora/Iheart Radio , a Bluetooth connection for Android/Iphone to the Bose system and a New Fiber Optic WIFI which is also included as part of the overall entertainment package brbrBathroombrBoth bathrooms have been transformed and include high end cabinetry and matching mirrors. The faucet is a stainless steel wide spread made by Kohler . The flooring in both are brand new tile which match the overall decor. This is a rustic beach house theme and is decorated in blues beige and greens . Everything is coordinated and complement each other perfectly . For your comfort you will be sleeping in your own Select comfort ( Sleep Number )queen size bed. You and your partner can select your own number whether you like it firm while your partner likes it soft , each can have it their own way with a Select comfort bed. Again like the master bedroom you have a 42 LG LED TV with Direct TV mounted on the wall and a very large wood shelved custom closet .brOther Sleeping accommodationsbrDo you have your family visiting and need another bed , well we have thought of that also . We have provided a twin and queen size aero-beds .brbrNew in 2019brbrBrand new tinted sliders and windows throughout. Main room has double opening sliders so the opening expands to about 6 feet making the veranda part of the living space if you so desire brbrbrSmart home options to control AC , lights, music . That`s when you have a good chance to see the dolphins come by and greet you.brbrThe house is so comfortable, with bedrooms with a king-size bed, closets, TVs, attached bathrooms, oversized balcony upstairs with a swing couch overseeing Bimini Bay.brThe nightly rate is based on ten people in the party, the house sleeps up to 12 people in beds and 2 additional people on sleeper couches, however, any additional people ( children as well ) beyond 10 people there will be a charge of 50 dollars plus tax per additional gueste per night. Thank you for your understanding.brUpstairs there is hardwood flooring and the downstairs has tile flooring.brbrAttractive ceiling fans as well as comfortable lighting.brbrVery comfortable relaxing atmosphere, Key West style home with wraparound porches and exquisite interior.brbrThe house is in a quiet, residential neighborhood. It is not suitable for having loud parties on the premise, therefore people who want to enjoy a wonderful quiet vacation are welcome.brPapergoods such as toilet paper, kitchen rolls will be provided for the initial days, but it is understood, as the week goes on the guests will purchase their own goods.brbrThis home is NOT suitable for loud parties and festivities. The city of Marco Island has put new noise ordinance in place which will have them send the police out to write tickets.brPlease no loud music around the pool and preferably have everyone enjoy the inside after 8 pm.brbrNo garden furniture go into the pool since it hurts the surface of the pool which can be very costly to repair and the tenants will be responsible for this expense.brbrWe offer one space for your car in the garage and two spaces in front of the garages. In multifamily dwellings or duplexes, the sound may not exceed 50 dBA betweenbr7:00am – 9:00pm or 45 dBA between 9:00pm – 7:00am, measured from the neighbor’sbrdwelling unit.br5. Construction noise is prohibited between 7:00pm - 7:00am and on Sundays andbrholidays.br6. Landscaping maintenance noise is prohibited between the hours of 9:00pm – 7:00am.brEnforcement and Penalties:br1. Any person responsible for a violation of the noise ordinance will be given a warning andbrmust comply within five (5) minutes. No warnings will be given after 11:00pm.br2. If a police officer or community service officer has to return and there is a violation atbrthe home/dwelling unit within 48 hours, a citation or Notice of Violation will be issued.br3. The person responsible for a violation, as well as the property owner, may be issued abrNotice of Violation for each individual violation.br4. Any person violating the ordinance, including the property owner and/or the tenantbrmay be subject to a civil penalty of $250.00 for the first violation, $500.00 for thebrsecond violation, and $1,000.00 for the third violation. The fourth violation will escalatebrto $2,000.00, the fifth violation is $4,000.00 and the sixth violation is $5,000.00. br
