No too expensive and very close to the beach

Property was as advertised. I would recommend. Pool was nice and water was warm.

Very cute and comfy stay.

We liked that the property has a private access to the beach so the area right in front does not get too crowded. The apartment was clean, with plenty of closet space, comfortable beds and was spacious. The only downside was a glitchy air conditioner that would not cool down properly even though we kept the doors closed but the apartment had portable fans available and we had to use them.

The apartment was clean, it has a wo derful pool and right by the beach.

The entire suite was clean and comfortable. Decorated nicely. Loved the sun porch. Loved that all the beach equipment was provided!

Overall the condo was nice, but definitely needing painting and a refresh. Decor and beds were ok, though living room could use better lighting. Supplies were adequate.

Mr. Nick is a very good host. Small internet problem he fixed immediately. The condo is very clean. Well stocked. Umbrellas are newish at pool. The grills need replacing. However, there is a charcoal grill if you are inclined. Easy walk to beautiful beach. We walked in the morning, sunned during the day, beautiful sunsets in the late afternoon. Great show put on by nature- dolphins, pelicans, seabirds and jumping mullet! Parkin on site. Use the elevators to load and unload.

The stay was great. Apartment in good condition. 2 bedroom an 2 full bath independent each one, balcony, full kitchen...and only steps to the beach, crossing the street. Swimming pool clean and barbecue area...

My family thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. It was a nice and close walk to the beach. We enjoyed going to the beach every day and also taking a few dips in the pool!

We will definitely stay here again. Walking distance to the beach was perfect. Clean. Close to restaurants. Just what we were looking for.

Perfect space, walking path to the beach was close and such a nice perk. The pool area is beautifully lanscaped and the pool was clean and refreshing. I cooked most meals there, kitchen was well equipped. We absolutely loved our stay here!

Nice property and great location. Unit is in need of an updating. It also needs to be cleaned properly. Floors were sticky and a very dirty vibe throughout the whole unit. Not bad if a group of guys there. The ladies would not be impressed.

The location to the beach was wonderful! The pool was very nice and clean! We would stay again!

Right on refrigerator says we would have garbage bags 2 bars of soap and laundry detergent. We had none of these things . The master bedroom the molding behind the bed was filthy so if I was the owner I would not be happy . The blinds do not close the balcony door lock hard to operate . The closet where the chairs and the wagon was a mess . You opened closet door and everything fell out I cleaned it and made it look a lot nicer . The umbrellas are too small and one was broken and the chairs are circa 1970 . All I. All it was a nice stay but that complex needs a major facelift and refurbishment

We had a nice stay. The accommodations are nice and the closeness to the beach and stores make it a great place to stay.

Nick was very responsive. His place was convenient with a short walk to a semi-private beach. The water in the Gulf of Mexico was hotter than a bath tub and the white sand was full of shells. For great coffee go to Wake-up Marco.

Great location. Quick walk to the beach. A lot of the beach chairs were rusted and there were tiny ants in the condo. Other than that it was good.

We stayed for 4-nights over the memorial day weekend and it ended up being a great place to stay, simply relax, and enjoy the beach. Plenty of room for just the two of us (would be fine for four people). Everything was as advertised and what we expected with one exception - the selection of beach equipment was OUTSTANDING. plenty of chairs, umbrellas, you name it. Much more than I expected. The pool was very nice and it is just a short walk along the private path across the street to access the beach. Fairly close to groceries, we tend to eat-in for most meals. Overall it was very comfortable and relaxing. We would certainly recommended and stay again if we visited Marco Island again
