Stayed Oct 2, 2025The house was beautiful nice quiet neighborhood but there was no hot water in the master shower and the thermostat for the A/C keep resetting to 74 degrees after setting it to 70 so the house would feel hot you would have to turn it back down several times a day and the lock on the front door don't unlock all the way have to go in through the garage

Stayed Jul 31, 2025The pool had green water, dirty and with garbage at the bottom. They sent it to be cleaned the next day. We were unable to use it for two days. The cleanliness of the house in general was not very good, many dirty kitchen utensils.

Stayed Apr 12, 2025The owner/property manager was generally responsive during check-in. Property was as described and our family of 5 enjoyed staying there. Great place to get the kids to rest and some pool time.However, the property amenities were not as advertised. The listing information relative to “bikes” should be deleted. The majority of bikes were not functioning. No air in tires, no tools in the garage available to tighten loose handlebars, chains not connected, etc. We were only able to get 2 bikes running during our trip which was terribly disappointing. We expected to ride over as a family to Mackle Park. A group family ride was not an option with these neglected bikes. Furthermore, the air pump on hand was good for pool toys and basketball inflation but lacked the correct adaptor to necessary connect to a valve stem on a bike tire. The owner went radio silent when I alerted her of this. Rather than remedy the situation, she elected to ignore the matter entirely. I’m alerting others to this fact. On a trip to the Adirondacks, we once had a bear demolish a grill and that owner went above and beyond to make sure our family had a replacement grill.
