The Manatee Bay has the best of all worlds. It has a large custom fiberglass pool situated next to a 20 ft+ deep and beautiful swim able and fish-able lagoon. The Lagoon is filled with all sorts of different wildlife, including an occasional manatee, turtles, and all sorts of fish. It is the perfect place to learn to Paddle Board, Snorkel, or Kayak. There is Quick access to the open Gulf at the end of the lagoon, with a large dock out into the deep water with room for 3 boats. The back deck of the manatee that overlooks the lagoon is gigantic, plenty of space for socializing and taking in the view, or getting a suntan. It also shades part of the pool so that you can enjoy some of the pool even after you have had enough sun.
