Stayed May 7, 2026Our family of eight had a great vacation in Marathon. This property was clean and big enough for all of us with everything necessary for meal preparation and to relax after our daily activities. Communication with the host was excellent and any minor issues that came up during our stay were addressed immediately. This house is located in a quiet neighborhood, but it is close to many good restaurants, Turtle Hospital, Aquarium Encounters, Dolphin Research Center, Scuba Diving Centers. It is in a short drive from Bahia Honda Beach, Veterans Memorial Beach and it is only 50 miles from the Key West. We love Marathon and it is our home away from home. We had a wonderful time.

Stayed Feb 28, 2026It took me a while to write this review but this place was amazing I highly recommend staying here with your family, they can relax out back relax inside there's plenty of room or you can take the kayaks out for a leisurely stroll and tons of sea life going in and out of the canal probably one of the best days we have had in the Keys

Stayed Apr 23, 2025The pool had some issues, but other than that it was a great place to stay. House was very clean, and in a quiet neighborhood. The outdoor furniture is old and worn, but still comfortable.

Stayed Mar 15, 2025The inside of the property is in much better shape than the outside areas. The deck canal side is literally rotting underfoot. The covered area is enjoyable but again not in great shape. The yard is covered in weeds and there was dog poop probably from a previous renter. It could be fixed up a bit and be a really great place.

Stayed Oct 4, 2024The check in time of 5 o’clock is too late in the day. Hurricane was moving in and the winds and rain would not allow us to use the tiki or take out a boat, which was the attraction of the property, on the canal. The pouring rain was pouring in through the roof and into the enclosed patio, so we could not enjoy the property, Or get outside at all. Basically stuck in the house we left after 48 hours. No refund was issued for the days that the schools were closed down and the trash collection was canceled, etc. even though it was not a mandatory evacuation, we only stayed a few days and expected some type of reimbursement or a voucher for future rental and they did not give us one

Stayed Apr 10, 2024The house was very spacious and loved the kitchen. The master bath doesn’t have a door so it was hard to utilize with other family members. The outside area was not maintained. Very small spa, furniture by water was dry rotted and some of the stones on patio were unstable.
