The interior includes a new gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and premium dual fuel appliances. An old world charm is captured through the use of arches and stone columns. All rooms, including bedrooms and baths are large, airy, and sun drenched. brOn the second floor, at either end of the house, are two master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Each master bedroom extends out onto beautiful covered balconies which overlook the waterfront. There is a third bedroom with king size bed as well as a fourth bedroom with two sets of bunk beds. These last two bedrooms share a full bathroom. Additionally there is a Pack and Play as well as a crib available for our guests. brbrOn the ground floor, in addition to the chef's kitchen and dining room, there is an expansive living room with comfortable seating for all { at least a dozen } . Also on the ground floor there is a private apartment with living quarters to include a bedroom with king bed, a kitchenette , a full bathroom , and a beautiful living room. This suite may be accessed from within the house or by way of a private outdoor entrance on the covered porch. There are NO stairs to climb !br The Fish Room offers an OPTIONAL 6th bedroom , and is detached from the house and situated on the waterfront overlooking the dock. It has it's own waterfront patio .brThis private space includes a bedroom with a king size bed as well as a full bathroom. The solid cherry wood drawers, counters, and desk have granite tops. The main house is only licenced for 12 guests ---- adding the Fish Room increases the capacity to 14 guests. The rate of the Fish Room for the week is $950 plus tax and cleaning { $1293.75 total } . The floors throughout the house and Fish Room are laid with a rustic travertine marble. ONLY guests registered at Casa Del Sol for the week can stay in the Fish Room. br A large brick patio and pool area on the water side overlook 200' of dock space. A covered barbecue area with built in appliances to include a DCS premium gas grill, power burner, Big Green Egg smoker, and sink are surrounded by mature landscaping. Propane gas is piped directly to the grilling area, so there is no need for propane tanks and the hassle associated with them. There are tables and chairs on the porch providing lots of space for outdoor dining.
