Excessive noise at a level that disturbs the neighbors is prohibited. The resort has a strict noise ordinance that begins at 10 pm and goes to 8 am. The guest is responsible for any fines resulting from a violation if non-compliant guests may be removed from the property. brbrPOOL: Use the pool at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty. Running & diving are prohibited. Children of any age are not allowed in the pool area without supervision. Safety netting & pool alarms must be used at all times, and doors must be kept closed & locked. Any safety concerns, including equipment, pool alarms, safety netting, or locks not working correctly, must be reported immediately to the host or Management Company. Disabling of Pool Alarms is strictly prohibited. Pools may not heat to the guest's desired temperature during colder weather and may take up to 48 hours to reach maximum temperature. brbrPARKING: Please be aware that the local HOA does not permit parking RVs, campers, and trailers in the home's driveway or anywhere in the development. brbrDRUG USE: Drug use is prohibited in or near the property. Guests are not allowed to use the property for immoral or unlawful purposes. Any guests who violate any law or ordinance will immediately terminate occupancy without a refund and be liable for any damages, charges, or legal costs incurred due to the stated prohibited use of the property.brbrGRIEVANCE POLICY: Please contact us immediately with any complaints or concerns, and we will do all we can within our policies and reasons to accommodate you.
