Peaceful Waterfront Paradise - Margaritaville Cottage w/ Private Pool

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rent homes in Margaritaville 1 to 2 times per year. This was our least favorite so far. The top floor is great but the bottom floor is cramped.

Made five calls to office to have someone come clean it. One person came and just skimmed it, the last and final time a person came out they realized a filter had never been placed in it. By the time it got cleaned enough to go in it, it was our last day and we had to check out. So we paid for a pool we could barely use. There was a live roach on the refrigerator.Asked for sheets for pull out couch twice, no one came to bring them as they said they would. Property management company needs to get on the ball! Otherwise, nice house with modern/tropical feel.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 4th rental with Ace Hospitality and the first time staying in a 4 bedroom house. Like all the rentals the house was decorated beautifully and was relatively clean when we checked in. We ran into a few issues during our 2 week stay. First the ice maker only made 3 ice cubes every hour. Thankfully the maintenance team would bring us bags of ice so that helped cure that problem. When we checked in the upstairs balcony had a pair of men’s underwear left on the chair from the previous renter. Aside from those two problems we loved the location and the house. We do prefer the 2 floor layouts but this house was beautiful.

Cottage was nice but limited common area for the family. Great maintenance response as we had a few minor issues.

Family weekend trip and paid for private pool for family. Saturday workers arrive at 10:00 to extend pook deck. Obviously, we could not use the pool as there were 5 guys on the pool deck most of the day. Spoke to front desk who said they were going to refund me 1 night. I still have not received a refund. Cottage was great but workers ruined our family weekend.

MUCH smaller than the 3 bedroom ones we usually get. We were disappointed.

We had 4 bedrooms with 5 bathrooms, and it was PERFECT size for us! Our private pool was a plus. We did have a few issues though, but the staff was immediately willing to help. Overall, pretty pleased.
