The layout of the unit is great for families or groups that want to spread out comfortably. The first floor has a living room with a 55 Smart TV, sleeper sofa, full bathroom, and a bedroom. The second floor has a living room with a 50 Smart TV, a fully equipped all white kitchen with quartz countertops and an island with 6 counter stools, as well as a full bathroom and a balcony overlooking the lagoon with two rocking chairs. The third floor has two bedrooms, each with a King-sized bed and balconies, as well as a full bathroom. The townhouse overlooks a saltwater lagoon, which is visible from the 2nd floor balcony as well as the primary bedroom balcony. The lagoon has 3 floating platforms that kids just love jumping off and it has a sandy beach perfect for kiddos that like to play in the sand or adults that like to sunbathe on the chaise lounges. We provide a fully stocked kitchen with utensils, dishes, cups, wine glasses, coffee makers, toaster, blender, BBQ utensils, and some essential dry condiments. Linens, towels and beach towels are also provided, as well as some complimentary toiletries. A washer and dryer are also available for use. For kids, we offer a pack n play, DVD player with some movies, board games, sand toys, flotation devices and boogie board.
