It’s your responsibility to let us know of any damages or issues you may have with the home or you forfeit the right to later deny any damages or make claims about the state of the home. All issues should be reported within the first 3 hours of entry. When reporting the issues please notify us with evidence of the issue. For example, broken blender: image or video showing that the blender does not function. For any claims that cannot be photographed, for example, a smell, we ask that guests (at their own expense) involve a neutral 3rd party professional to assess the home to validate their claims.
