Two floating docks are a favorite feature, especially for kids who love jumping in and swimming in a safe, contained environment. Guests can also kayak and paddleboard right in the lagoon, making it ideal for both relaxing and exploring.

Do not store fish or bait inside the refrigerator or freezer.



Coral reefs are located offshore and require a boat or charter to access.



The Florida Keys are not known for sandy beaches; however, the community offers a sandy beach area with direct water access for kayaking and paddleboarding.



Exterior surveillance cameras are installed for property safety only and do not monitor interior spaces.
