Please note this is a third-floor unit with stairs - there is not an elevator; most everything in the Keys is already elevated, so this amounts to 1 extra flight compared to most properties. Some additional rules for our Sea Isle Condos include no pets, no smoking in the buildings, and no boats or trailers in the parking areas. If you would like to bring a boat or skis with you, private storage is available both on and off the island. This past fall a guest of ours brought his flats boat and stored it at the nearby dry storage facility for 9 days, with unlimited ins and outs, for $300 (including secure trailer storage) – boat size and availability dependent. If you’re renting with us, just ask for the contact info, and we’ll gladly supply it.brbrDuring the “high season” (mid-December through end of April) rentals are limited to Saturday-to-Saturday only (no mid-week arrivals or departures).
