RITA'S PARADISE 37.5' DOCK-ICE MAKER-Cabana Club-TIKI HUT-Screen Porch-Bait Frez

This was a really nice property. Lots of space and room for our group. Even though some did not show up. There's a nice spacious dock, and while we did not bring a boat, That's the perfect spot to have one. You got to see a lot of people go by. Sunset Park right down the street was fun to go sit at a couple nights. Really close to Miami, but not so super crazy busy. We had a really good time and we'll definitely mark this property down for the future.

You can’t beat this location! The host was wonderful to work with and great at communicating. The property was perfect for our trip as the dock easily accommodated our 32-foot boat! We loved spending time under the tiki hut watching the manatees right by the dock. 10/10 experience!

We loved this property and it worked out perfect for our trip. Everything you will need is at this property. Sadly there were two instances were we had to work with a repair person that interrupted our stay a bit. But the real issue came on the last day. Sadly, the next guests arrived before 8:30 am (we told the host we would be out at check out--10). They parked in the driveway and walk to the back patio and starting checking out the property! I went out and and asked them what was up and they told us the host said they could use the dock! We were not told any of this. So we pulled our shades down and locked the house. Next they pulled up a boat on the dock! The worst part of the situation was the host gave my personal phone number to these guests so they could apologies. The host never asked permission, just gave my personal information to someone else (whom I didnt know). I am still in shock that I had to deal with either of these situations. While I got an apology from the host, its not enough for breach of my privacy and the interruption from the next guest on our last day.

Kinda of a short notice fishing trip to the keys. 4 guys from E Central FL. Picked the Rita Casa for the beds and convenience to KCB offers. Although the Wind kept us close to shore most days. Kitchen is stocked, beds, screened patio and tiki hut. ** only 2 misses- which were the ice machine was inop and not many knives for chopping meat and veggies. Otherwise we were great and she texted us on arrival about issues.

Rita is a great host and the house is exactly as advertised.

Host is great!! Its a guy fishing trip we do every year of which we have been staying there last 3 or 4 years!!

As advertised. Nicely equipped kitchen. Good access to gulf and ocean. Wished ice maker worked better but owner quickly had a handyman come to the house. Nice stay overall.

Another year at Rita's! As always, had a fantastic time. House is perfect...always clean, fully stocked, very comfortable and beautifully decorated! We love spending time on the porch or under the Tiki hut looking at the water or fishing. Icemaker and freezer come in so handy. Truly has everything we need. Thanks again Rita for giving our family another year of beautiful Keys memories and look forward to coming back next year!

We enjoyed our time at this property. Well maintained and fully equipped home.The outside living space was my favorite. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The bait freezer amd ice machine were a great addition for our fishing trips. Owner of this property was so helpful and went well above to make our stay special. We look forward to returning soon.

The property was clean and even better than described. My kids loved fishing off the dock and walking a short distance to the beach. Cabana Club access was easy and a nice break from the ocean. The location was great and found lots to do near by. Check in/out process was easy.

Very impressed with the property and Rita! We have stayed in 15 different houses in the the keys and this one ranks near the top. Excellent comunication from Rita and she responded to every request. We will definitely stay here again!

3 couples and 2 adult grandsons stayed comfortably for a week. We lived out on the screened in porch and back deck swing area. Grandson fished and kayaked, others relaxed and enjoyed our time together. Only thing missing was a boat for us. Home is very nicely furnished, decorated and stocked. Thought of everything.

The accommodations were fantastic, you can’t beat the location and the owners were wonderful and very responsive! Great place and a great stay!

House had everything we needed. Kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room had all the necessities .for a week stay. The landscaping and plants down the walkway make it feel like a tropical oasis
